Absolutely Flowers are committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient to your direct specifications.
Our flowers are guaranteed to last over 3 days. It is suggested that you ensure your flowers receive water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan. Please keep anyflowers youare not happy with as we may need to have them returned tot he florist to assess any problems.
Refunds are only given if the item did not last longer than 3 days and the instructions for the caring of the flowers were met or where delivery was not met.
Any refunds for online or over the phone orders are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
Due to the availability of Some flowers and Products, Absolutely Flowers reserves the right to substitute.
